Ahmed has a PhD in electronic engineering, specialising in electromagnetics and antenna design, and is currently midway towards becoming a fully qualified UK & European Patent Attorney.

Before entering the patent profession, Ahmed spent time in academia, where he was a researcher at the University of Cambridge and Queen Mary University of London, and a lecturer at Air University in Pakistan.  Prior to this, he worked as a systems engineer in the telecommunications industry.

With a strong desire to make a real-world impact, Ahmed is supporting our clients in the fields of aerospace, engineering, and energy with prosecution, drafting, and filing of patents to both the UK Intellectual Property Office and European Patent Office.
