It is important to note that if a design is created by a third party through commission, at least UK and EU design rights automatically belong to the third party subject to agreement to the contrary.  Ensuring ownership of any design rights is transferred from the third party designer is important as it could otherwise prove problematic enforcing the design rights against infringement.  Our team can help guide and support you with such matters.
